Lenexa Appliance booked a repairman to come out. He put in a part that was too big and now the fridge grill on the back rattles because he had to bend it. When we called repairman, he is not responsive, when we call Lenexa Appliance "they say they are not responsible" Who runs a business like this? I will make sure to post where I can the poor service of this business including the news stations.
The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. We also appreciated that they wore masks and gloves as well as shoe covers for COVID protection. Satisfied!
I called today because my Hotpoint fridge wasn’t working. They scheduled me out same day, and within a few hours they returned my call and said tech was in my area and would be right over. Thanks for taking care of us ❤️
