I chose this location for my four year old based on their reviews. I couldn't be happier with our experience. My child was very nervous going in but became very comfortable shortly after and left overexcited. I could only suggest maybe handing out a sticker to the littles after the appointment!
The space is very clean and organized. The staff were super friendly and made you feel right at home. They have a wide selection and take time to try everything and anything you'd be interested in. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend!
I had been going to Lendrum Eye Centre for years and was really happy with the service. However, they recently (past year) change owners. The new optometrist seems less experienced. In fact, after my eye exam I ordered contact lenses (which took forever to arrive to due to a mix up on their end), and the contacts were too weak. It seems they got my prescription wrong during the exam.
Was initially really happy with my service despite it being a bit pricy. Went in for an eye exam and it was easy to schedule as well as the staff being very pleasant. Where they lost points for me was that following my exam I was asked if I wanted to look at some frames. I reluctantly agreed because I did have some from elsewhere I wanted to purchase but was curious to see what they had. After shopping around on my own for 5 minutes or so someone was free to help me. Got a particle of metal in my eye late at night, and they were able to squeeze me in first thing the next morning and made sure my eye was okay and removed the particle and rust from my eye. Friendly, and quick to get me looked after.
