Always pleasant, knowledgeable and go out of their way to accommodate schedules.
In late March, 2025, we had an appointment at the Lendrum Eye Centre for our annual checkup. We were both extremely impressed not only with Dr. Natasha Randhawa, who is an amazing Optometrist, but also with every staff member we encountered for being exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I chose this location for my four year old based on their reviews. I couldn't be happier with our experience. My child was very nervous going in but became very comfortable shortly after and left overexcited. I could only suggest maybe handing out a sticker to the littles after the appointment!
The space is very clean and organized. The staff were super friendly and made you feel right at home. They have a wide selection and take time to try everything and anything you'd be interested in. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend!
