This has been the best mortgage company I have worked with by far. The process was smooth and seamless. I shopped around a great deal and they had the best reviews along with being one of the lowest rates I found. Sal was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was always available every time I called. Charged me 300 for credit check. Then another 600 for appraisal from a sketchy company. I went through with the mortgage bc the rate was good. Told me to come write this review for a $25 gift card. No thank you.
Had a terrible experience. Seem to have good rates but was impossible to speak with someone after the first contact. Weeks go by as my wife and I wait to hear literally anything back after several calls and emails just to finally hear they are no longer taking applications AFTER we had already applied. Terrible communication
