Do NOT recommend this place at all! Called for a 10 day payoff amount on a Thursday. On Monday, they told the car lot where I purchased my new vehicle a totally different amount for payoff. I called to straighten it out an was told they had no record or notes put in that they had ever spoken to me! Pretty much called me a liar! I will never do business there again!
Very friendly staff they definitely care about you
Avoid working with this lender at all costs. Definitely not worth it. I missed a couple months after I had my baby but went in immediately and paid what it said was due on their website. Then when I went to pay the following month it said I couldn’t pay online and to contact xyz. Apparently, they sent our account to an attorney where we were not only told we needed to pay 1500 to get back in good standing before continuing to make payments but now there was an additional 1500 or 1600 in lawyer fees.
