I really hate leaving 1 star reviews, but this place really screwed me over. The staff are very friendly and polite, which is all the more reason I hate to leave this review. I recieved a pre-approval letter for a personal loan, which I applied for to help me consolidate credit card and collections debt and give myself some breathing room as I'm supporting two adults on one income and have had entirely too many 'life' things hit me in quick succession. Horrible phone receptionist- very rude & couldn’t answer basic questions.
Destiny is the best to work with at this location. One of the nicest persons my wife and I have delt with in this industry. Works great with you and your situations. Also works hard on getting you what you need in a timely matter. Highly recommend dealing with her at this institute.
Was already told not to call my old work. Has called multiple times after they were told I didn’t work there… should have been marked in the system as a Do Not Call number! Huge violation on Lendmark please have HR or Compliance reach out to me. And side note even if I was still there they have been told not to call that number multiple times now. I get my payment is behind obviously. But again a violation of Law
Both of the girls there are really rude and think that we are going to not give them attitude when they talk to you all dumb and what is the authorization paper for then
