Yes my first visit to the office was very pleasant and they were both very professional. Very relaxed environment. This was my first time doing this type of loan, Had received a notice in the mail offering me a loan. I’ve heard of bad experiences in reviews of other companies. Lindsay and Ms Vargas are excellent.
Horrible experience, I was cut off multiple times and this was the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Go somewhere else please. Close this location down every other one was helpful and provided a smooth experience
