If I could give this place 0 stars I would. For one the customer service is horrible the GM Kelsey is very rude and out spoken and will not communicate through email so things are professional and in writing since she doesn’t know how to communicate via phone . Further more the interest rates are high and they apply them 3 months after your loan and will NOT notify you when the problem is brought up no one wants to speak . I will never chose this company again in my entire life .
I called right before the branch closed, the employee still took my payment without any hesitation. I love all the niceness in making sure I am satisfied. Thanks for all they do
Kelsie was great and very attentive. I’ll recommend them to Anyone needing a safety net.
