The staff was great. Got me the loan same day. Explained insurance options on the loan. I went with the insurance cause life happens. Insurance was needed after a injury almost a year in. Filled out for the insurance. Explained to the branch that I was needing to use the insurance. Yet they called every single day asking for payment. Insurance took two months to get approved while I was getting blown up by the branch 6-8 times a day.
