Paid off 2 loans with them early, and called for another. Was told I never paid the loan off and defaulted on it. I called corporate office was told that both loans were paid off early and I had no accounts that were charged off.. elizabeth city office won't take the time to look Into the issue, just quick to say no and pass the buck. I even gave them the dates they were paid off and and corporate office matched what my documents said. This is a untrustworthy company. They constantly send pre approval for personal loan and you call and they say you're not approved. They constantly send us this crap.

Based solely on my experience with the blonde wearing a white shirt today I can no longer recommend this company. Extremely temperamental, assumptive, and unprofessional.
