Paid off 2 loans with them early, and called for another. Was told I never paid the loan off and defaulted on it. I called corporate office was told that both loans were paid off early and I had no accounts that were charged off.. elizabeth city office won't take the time to look Into the issue, just quick to say no and pass the buck. I even gave them the dates they were paid off and and corporate office matched what my documents said.
