Horrible experience with this company.
Make sure everybody has the correct information cuz if not I don't have the sheriff's go to your previous address that you haven't lived at for 10 years take you to court without any knowledge on your behalf and then serve you while you're at work 60 days after the fact
Very nice people working there. Very understaffed,charge for everything such as paper statements that by their own admission are wrong. I have belonged to that bank since it was Carroll County Bank in the 90s. It has had quite a few ownership changes over the years and was good until Truist took it over.
