Very grateful their team was able to get me approved, however the customer service experience was…. Educational this last time around. I wanted a nearby and personalized loan and they want me to call them back at LendMark but everything I see they are permanently closed location. This is not a good thing.

Avoid at all cost predatory lending is their specialty harassment is their tactic! Hiding fees and they won’t report your payments.

All of the girls were collectively helpful. They all worked together to make our experience flawless. Stephanie was wonderful and got us in our new Jeep in no time. They also helped to entertain my baby and even held him for us while we took it for a test drive. They were all SO sweet! Overall it was a great experience. We would 10/10 recommend and will be back in the future!!
