Utterly useless company if you buy an apartment and need rectification. I have faults that are one year old with no fix.
I had a very high opinion of Lend Lease, so it wasn't a problem to buy an apartment at Barangaroo from them. I find now that they behave like any of the myriad, crass developers when it comes to fault rectification.
Great company and happy doing work for them as a contractor through JLL at 180 George Street, Sydney
