Big waste of time applying for a loan. Assembled a pile of documents for them to review for a business loan. Kept following up with the agent they gave us but he never returned phone calls. After getting all the documents he stopped responding entirely. After 2 months His manager said he would take over and would get in touch. Dale with Lendio Detroit was amazing to work with. He actually called me and went over my loan and explained everything i needed to provide as well as a timeline of when I would be funded. After speaking to him and providing him with my paperwork, my PPP 2 loan was funded within 2 weeks. I did not use Lendio for my 1 PPP loan but moving forward I will always work with Dale because of his professionalism and drive to helping business during this tough time. Thank You once again Dale.
This has been the worst experiance ever. I filed months ago. Was told my bank was not approved. I was contacted by them on april 20th 2021. They told me my bank was now being accepted to resign and update my application. Which I did. I was told that same day that my loan was being fowarded to lenders on that same day. Well my status has never been updated on my portal page. I spent the last week trying to call my loan manager. This was after all texts and calls were ignored.
