Worst lending experience I’ve ever had. Tons of issues that weren’t really issues and they couldn’t handle simple tasks and the rate I was originally quoted wasn’t accurate. I was drug through the mud with this company. And DO NOT use their title company. I have a bad review for them as well. Nothing but issues. Save your self months of aggravating and use somebody else.
I’ve worked with a few lenders and now after this first experience with LendingOne, I can truly say that they are one of my favorite. Sean was great to work with. He was very communicative and professional with me throughout the entire process. I would work with this company again and highly recommend to investors
I am a current customer and I recently had a terrible experience with Lending One, I don't recommend this lender, stay away from Lending One or pay the price. Lending one almost blew the deal at my expense.
