Lending One denied my application after they pull a hard credit inquiry and my score came back at 769, I paid for the appraisal and provided all documents they asked for on a refi loan. Without any clear reason for the denial, just a vague letter. Failure to verify or reconcile information, documents or other items provided to, or satisfy related requests made by, Company.

These guys got the loan done really fast, they came into the situation a few weeks in and the closing was fast upon us. They were able to make it happen and close in time. I would work with them again.

I am a self employed real estate investor. Which means normal lenders generally dislike me. Lending One was able to provide me funding options that I would not have otherwise had. I was able to obtain a construction bridge loan based on the assets in my portfolio, and my experience in rehabilitating properties. I worked with Lending One for over a year on this project.
