if there was a zero for recommendation, that would be gracious. I went to daryl because he was recommended, he was highly a failure! my kids were in need of guidance in purchasing their first home, we went to his office and he explained a few things, we asked him what his fee was and he said nothing that the mortgage company pays him(that reasonable as they are getting your mortgage, this was not the case upon finding the lawyers papers his fee of 4500$ was on their list of disimbursements.
