I put in my info to try a refinance auto loan. It says it doesn't impact your. My score updated, and it dropped 14 pts. I know my score will go back up within 3 to 6 months, but I'm still upset. Do not use their service.
Why in the world do you all send letters promising a preapproval for a lower rate only to say it's actually for a much higher rate. Stop wasting people's time, this is absolutely awful business practices!!
If I could give it a zero I would. I don't like people calling me when I am busy trying to go to the doctor, and lying to me. When I told the lady that I was on my way to the doctor, I was telling her the truth. Then she transferred me to someone else who got rude with me, and told me to put her on speaker phone while driving!!!!! Sorry, I'm a responsible driver. I will find someone else that will help my husband and I get a loan for our needs.
