I had a great experience with Lending Hand. I was unable to close with one of the biggest lenders in the US due to documentation issues, at which point my realtor connected me with Lending Hand. They were able to close on another unit in my building a few weeks prior, and Lending Hand was able to get me to closing in about 10 days. Pretty amazing!!!
