Be very careful with Lending Force!!! I received a solicitation call and was immediately transferred to Duane. He was very pleasant and reassure my wife and I that he could help with our re-finance needs. We did all that we were asked to do in the way of submitting documentation. Duane and Marvin's bragging swagger of stating that everything looked great and that our appraisal would come in with what they expected was deceptive to say the least.
