I personally never leave reviews on anything but I have been struggling trying to get my high interest rate lower to no prevail. Nanette Vigil went out her way to make sure i got approved at an incredibly low rate compared to what i was currently paying. She helped me save $200 off my payment and she even stayed past closing hours to make sure all my paperwork was finalized.
