This is the first time I can say a lender/broker for auto is just awesome. I actually enjoyed this transaction. Not only was my rep Wes Plank friendly and not pushy, he had the best rate by quite a lot. I was not pressured into anything I didn't need, and everything was disclosed up front and summarized at the end to make sure I knew what I was doing. I know he wasn't making as much commission but not once did his service degrade. Lending Arts was awesome to work with.
Excellent service! Quick processing and all done within a few hours from start to completion of my auto refi. Saved me 3% on my interest rate! Alanah was amazing in her competence and quick completion of my paperwork.
