****** made the process very easy and efficient and got me the best deal possible. He gave great customer service and was very knowledgeable about the process.
Very Bad experience. They actually pulled the wool over my eyes. I told the rep that I had just payed my emi for November. She played the ********************* I thought it to be a 2 emi relief as 30+ 30 days. Pls be over communicating with your customers than under not . It was a shock and bad experience. The interest rate was good but in the end it all worked to nothing as I felt let down on the whole.
