Do not use this company. Everything went extremely smooth until it was time for the title transfer. I have now waited 60 days to receive registration paperwork, bill of sale or any kind of paperwork. The ***** docs doesn't allow you to open the signed documents either. I was told I would be contacted within a week, never received anything. I was provided a email. The customer support I received was amazing! We had several hiccups and issues, mainly on my side, and the side of a previous financier. They stuck with me though, and helped take care of everything. They found me an awesome rate and had the best attitudes. If I ever have to refinance again, I will be calling them!

I had ***** as my advisor. He was so very patient and kind with me. He walked me through everything. He explained things so that I might understand them. I had an auto refinance loan. With ****** help I was able to cut my payments in half. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
I chose lending arts because they had the best offers for me to refinance my car. ********** was pretty great, he took his time, breaking down and explaining things I didnt quite understand, he got all my paperwork done pretty fast, and hes overall a pretty great guy!
