Horrific experience. Dealt mostly with secretary who lost documents several times, repeatedly requested the same information (she kept losing it), three weeks after closing property taxes weren t paid with escrow check Lenders was holding. They claimed it was lost by Saline county (not!) The last straw was finding out ~3 months later that we had NO TITLE INSURANCE because MORTGAGE WAS NEVER FILED WITH THE COUNTY (mortgage docs were LOST - last seen at Lender s Title) Never got so much as an apology.
