Horrific experience. Dealt mostly with secretary who lost documents several times, repeatedly requested the same information (she kept losing it), three weeks after closing property taxes weren t paid with escrow check Lenders was holding. They claimed it was lost by Saline county (not!) The last straw was finding out ~3 months later that we had NO TITLE INSURANCE because MORTGAGE WAS NEVER FILED WITH THE COUNTY (mortgage docs were LOST - last seen at Lender s Title) Never got so much as an apology. Fantastic title place I worked for and lost my job there after working there over three years. I am praying when I move back to NJ next year Lorraine Newman is still alive so I can call her and speak to her as she is a fantastic person to speak with.
The best, oldest and most reliable title company in the area. As the only state licensed abstract plant in the county, their records are far more complete and accurate than any others. No reason to use anyone else.
