DO NOT USE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I've bought multiple homes in three different states and have never dealt with a title company that has such horrible communication as them!! Its basically non-existent communications! No one ever picks up the phone and they dont send out a welcome email with closing details. My closing is in jeopardy due to the ineptitude of this Title Company. The reason Title companies exist is to MANAGE AND OWN the process of the title work for legal and timely closings. A customer doesn't know what they don't know, which means, when they have the DOCUMENTS in front of them, and are tasked with the necessary due diligence to be proactive to keep closings ON-TIME, it's their job.
