As an appraiser, the Lender's 1st Choice team does a good job communicating details and providing assistance when needed. They understand the process and are very diligent which improves the appraisal process. Glad to have them as a client and look forward to working with them in the future.

Great AMC to work with. Most of us appraisers cringe at AMC work mainly due to the way AMCs treat their fee panel appraisers and how they overcharge the consumer for their profit and benefit. Lenders first is extremely ethical and most importantly they have educated appraisers that take the time to thoroughly review reports. The Hatcher Appraisal Team give a 10-star rating.
