Daniel did a great job with our loan. He was able to get us a quarter of a percent lower (2.75%) than anyone else which as we all know in these hard times is very important. I will be keeping this loan hopefully for the remainder that we're in this house but if I ever did need to refinance again I would definitely check with Daniel first.

I wasn't planning on refinancing when Daniel Weis first reached out, but he kept in touch without being pushy about it, and when I was ready to move forward he made the whole process easy. He was responsive, walked me through my options clearly, and genuinely seemed to care about getting me the best deal rather than just closing a loan. Would definitely recommend him if you're looking for a loan officer who's patient and easy to work with. Rate was great too!

Daniel was great! He helped me every step of the way to get the necessary documents over to him and made it painless as possible. He also monitored rates for me so that when there was a good opportunity to refinance at a better rate, I was able to jump on it and save a ton.
