Came into the ER to get checked out after a car wreck. Lady behind the counter was rude to a guy trying to get his elderly mother a wheel chair and help getting her out of the car after he was asking for help al while another lady and her husband come in and she was having synonymous of a heart attack!! Lady at the desk was constantly on the phone texting as well... While on our 4+ hour wait she only once whipped down the chair that everyone sits in to check in...only bc it leaked out that lady was COVID +. She raised her vo... read more
