I was getting ready to buy and my cousin said that LendCity helped them out. After looking into them I have decided I won't even bother calling. The attention to detail on their website alone is sad. They literally have Lorem Ipsum text in many of their information boxes. As well, the articles and resources I was told they were known for are outdated and sad. Maybe they were a titan when my cousin bought, but now they present themselves like an empty shell of a company.

I called after seeing the reviews on the website thinking this would be a good route to go and was in contact with Scott Dillingham, Absolutely disappointed. Unless you have a ton of money and he doesn’t have to work even a bit to even get you a mortgage and I mean, just actually get you a mortgage for the average person, then don’t even bother. Kirann did a wonderful job with my refinance. She really took the time to understand all of my needs. She was patient with answered all of my calls throughout the whole process and never left me hanging. I really appreciate all her efforts. Scott and Kirann were absolutely amazing to work with during our recent home purchase. We had an extremely tight timeline to make everything come together and I can honestly say that without Kirann we probably would not have pulled it off. She worked endlessly to make sure everything was in place. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service you offer, it's a rare occurrence these days! This team is the best!
