Horrible customer service. I took my truck to him for a transmission rebuild and when I got my truck back my transfer case was cracked. Then a couple days later I was driving my truck and parked it and found a snapped bolt under my truck. The said bolt came from where the transmission bolts to the bell housing. I called him and he said there is nothing he could do about that cuz it's not his fault. He was the last person to work on my transmission and broke my bolt and won't replace it.
