I spoke with her on the phone and knew immediately from our conversation she would effectively navigate a very tense situation with many moving parts. I was not wrong she got results quick and I was able to rely on her during the rest of the process. Melanie is one of the most caring & amazing women in the world. She's super humble. With all of her skills and talents, you wouldn't expect to see that.
