Great customer service, fast response, and in todays world very kind and respectful. Sucks to be stranded on the side of the road. But when It does happens. Call lenchos and sons. They got you.
The employee was very responsive and kind. He called me back within 2 mins and told me he would be on his way to help. Fortunately, GA roadside was able to get to me and help put my spare on. Even though he didn’t help me, he did follow up and made sure I was able to get on the road safely. I would recommend this type of customer service to all friends and family.
He had the rims and tires for me … great communication fast response, willing to go the extra mile to make you happy .. great quality tires.

I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for the wonderful service Oscar provided. My family and I were on a road trip from FL with 4 more hours to go when 30 minutes south of Tifton at 6:30p on a Saturday night our truck began to vibrate seriously. A tire had developed a bulge. Unfortunately we had 10 spline locking lug nuts and no key. We called every tire store, parts store and 24hr emergency service from Valdosta to Tifton with no luck.
