I recently had visited the walk in clinic and I was very pleased with the staff and especially pleased with Dr. Bansal. She took the time to listen to my concerns about my health and she came up with a plan for me to better my health. Thank you again Dr. Bansal

Terrible service. Only walk in clinic in Adrian and doctor is rarely in. What is the point of having posted hours if the doctor rarely keeps them.

I called this clinic during their open hours of service and was told the doctor had decided to leave early for the day so they were closing and would not see my daughter. I would not recommend this clinic.

My daughter went to this clinic this afternoon - very sick (my daughter is away at college). We have a PPO and the receptionist told her that she more than a $5000 deductible that must be satisfied before they would see her. She obviously does not understand how a PPO works. Also she told her they do no billing at this clinic. She advised her she would have to pay in full in order to have an appointment.
