This has been the worst month of my life trying to get a straight answer out of anyone in that building and getting my case processed. I wanted to put my kids in a summer camp that accepted DHS payments plus I was due for a reevaluation of food benefits. They have been giving me the runaround for the past month. Change the Ebike rules for public transport! We all need to get around and riding a bike long distances is more dangerous than putting these bikes on busses or taxis or ubers to lifts. I'm tired of the government ruining my life! I need a second job and an ebike to survive...Change this rule asap!!@#$
