Got acrylics, All nails were different lengths, and shape and color was not what I asked for. Had to get color changed twice. Went back the next day to them fixed again, still gave me the wrong color and filed them way too short of a length and still made me pay for the second time. Nails are also already lifting after a week Staff is nice but have terrible skills unfortunately.

My mom and I were long time customers at Lena' Nails. Unfortunately, my last last couple of experiences there have compelled me to write this review. Recently, I got an acrylic gel x set done by John. The nails didn't even last a week and started coming off. The salon tried to fix them and I went in to get them fixed at no extra charge. While I made an appointment for the repair I had to wait almost half an hour to get helped. Another week passed by, the other nails that weren't repaired started falling off.
