What I asked for … VS.. what I got…. Never again lol… worst part is the lady who did the design has been working there forever…. I’d give it a 0 star rating if I could. I’m so embarrassed of these nails… :(
Horrible! My 1st experience visiting there and I was just shocked seeing how untidy and unhygienic the place was! The owner was so rude and unprofessional. Never made eye contact, tried to do whatever she liked with my nails. Never even asked me how I want my nails to be done. The ambience was horrific! She had significant language barrier but I was trying my best to be patient and empathetic, but she continued to be Unprofessional and having aggressive stance towards customer.
