We ordered 20 skewers online on 3rd March via click and collect to pick up 4th March from Redlynch Central Cairns. Staff had no record of our order. We had to wait while they made them up. Asked staff to ring owner, Nicole, who said we could choose something for free as compensation. We said no as staff said she put in extra skewers. We get home and find she put one extra skewer in the pack! Big deal! Disappointed with order process especially as we had driven 40 minutes from the other side of town specifically. Don’t bother. There is no mention on their Facebook page about all the products being frozen, and they’re no cheaper than if I were to purchase in store. Sure.. they do have a couple of mix and match “specials” but still doesn’t make it worth it.
Love Lenard’s chicken. Love the mini strudels, florentines, and the chicken patties :) Conveniently located and frozen fresh for convenience straight out of the freezer :)
