The lodge offers inpatient care which is excellent.
Was denied care for being 6 minutes late to a virtual appt. I have waited at least 30 minutes for a doctor before. Unbelievable.
I had the worst experience possible dealing with you and lower bucks last night this isn't the first time either. I had my son brought there because he was a danger to us and himself but because he's mentally disabled and not on drugs Noone seemed to give a crap. I voiced concerns prior at his med check when I was given no advice nodda. Then last night after putting him aside for 6 hours we finally get a crisis person. This place sucks and it's all because of one reason...you get a good therapist and you have to change around. I have had BAD LUCK with therapists because one would never let me get a word in edgewise and when she knew full well that was a sure fire way to shut me down. I got a new therapist and I only ended up with her for six weeks because she's moving out of state and they have a rule that their therapists need to physically commute to their center if they live out of state and I was seeing this one via telehealth.
