The people that run this place are a joke. They undervalue their employees and don't pay overtime but force their employees to work overtime. I have also been told by employees the owner is hooking up with the property manager
We have been renting with Lenape Properties for 19 years! I absolutely think they are the best! They are very kind & caring! The best!
Spoke with someone named Tracy Sparks who was not only rude but very nasty. She made it her point to yell at me and further antagonize me to the point I had to start recording the call. It’s weird when I bought my home nobody could get anyone on the phone from this HOA. Now they are on my line and they aren’t pleasant ! No supervisor to help deescalate nor resolve my issue. If you’re looking for assistance don’t bother unless you want to get yelled at and told off.
