I would not reccoment this place to anyone. The small animal doctor is in it just for the money and not the pets. I have a friend that took a stray cat to the clinic that their dogs got a hold of. They just want it to be put to sleep. Well the doctor on call was the small animal vet and he did not do that. But yet he did charge my friend for it. How is that fair to charge someone for something that was not done.
I am so impressed with the Lena Veterinary Clinic for so many reasons. We took our sick cat there and I will tell you that they were so kind, caring and compasionate. They did what was best for Salem. When we brought him in, he had a hairball stuck in his system. He almost had to have surgery but the Dr. Hastings felt that they could try a different approach of meds, fluids,,,etc... They kept Salem there for a few days and regurlarly updated us with his condition. Everything turned out to be ok with no surgery necessary. The... read more
