Went into Lena’s as a walk in and I was serviced immediately. Ken did an awesome job with my pedicure and nail fill.
This place was very nice. My pedicure was amazing but my nails not so much. The man doing my nails was obviously in a hurry. My polish looks bad. He no where near shaped them how I wanted them. He made me feel like I was imposing on his time. And why do you charge me to remove my old polish? Isnt that just part of the service? And why was I charged to shape my nails? So this is a no for me to go back to this place. And again let me say the lady doing my pedicure was absolutely wonderful.
Tina did an amazing job on my summer vibe nails. Pedi was a 10/10 just lk my nail’s. Lena’s nails ALWAYS NAIL’s it
Did a great job on my nails, however, the techs kept pushing our group to get more expensive pedicures. I asked the older man for a jelly pedi (most expensive) and he gave me a rose champagne one (second most expensive) instead and then upcharged me for the jelly pedi. I paid but I'm not going to come back to an establishment that doesn't give me what I want and give me another service to then act like I should pay more.
