I was a regular customer until I walked in one day and the entire salon smelled like cigarette smoke. It was so bad that it was hard to be inside. I will not risk going back.
Everything was good until… my nail tech called her child on FaceTime and flipped the camera to talk about me in her own language. Her own child spoke English to say “mommy that’s not nice. You don’t do that. That’s mean mommy”. She hung up on her child quickly before what she said was revealed and stop speaking to me through out the session. I had such a great experience at this nail salon. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome right away. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted, clean and beautiful. I will definitely be coming back again soon.
If I could rate no stars I would, my sister and I went there for the first time about a week ago and we got our toes done and both full set acrylics, to start with they were all verbally making fun of us, those translation apps come in clutch guys we got to read everything they were saying and it wasn't nice by any means like I get it we're bigger girls we kinda know that, so to start they did a poor job on our toes all in all like nail polish all over my toes that they didn't bother to clean up, my nails girl my nails point... read more
