I truly trust Dr. Kim and highly recommend her to anyone who is dealing with nerve-related pain or symptoms that are hard to diagnose.
I have been seeing Se-Young Kim at the Lake Forest office for almost two months and I have significantly less jaw and neck pain. I appreciate the friendly staff, and their clear communication regarding billing/insurance. I was able to book my first appointment via text, which made me very happy not having to pick up the phone. The app is easy to use for scheduling, and the prices for add-ons such as cupping are very reasonable. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the office.
I first started going to this location almost 2 years ago to help with back and wrist pain. I recovered nicely, but after a year I needed some "tune ups." I'm happy to say my pain is already much more manageable after just a few visits. Just like the first time I started acupuncture here, the staff here has been incredibly helpful and kind
