Lena is a wonderful agent, who will work tirelessly, no matter how big or small the deal is. She has an excellent demeanor that makes it possible for the deal to proceed smoothly.
Lena is great agent. Although I was far from California, she handled everything perfectly. I called her at late hours, she returned my calls, and concerns, promptly. without having her as my real estate agent, I can not imagine how could I overcome obstacles in selling my condo from long distance. I wanted to use SEC 1031 exchange, and if she was not quick, either I would have lost the opportunity or force to enter a reverse exchange which would have been more costly.
Lena was a phenomenal partner in the homebuying process. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and a top notch negotiator.
