I order 1/2 a pound of chicharon..all of it was burnt not chewable.. thru it all away Asked for lemon they told me i never asked for it.. which any Spanish person knows.. if you dont have lemon why order chicharon.. told me to my face .. i never asked.. even if a person wouldn't ask its a dish that you can only eat with lemon.. terrible business and the person that took order didn't even try to apologize..

Terrible customer service I walk in and say hello she continues to talk with her friends I go down to talk to the other lady to ask about my online order she has no idea even though I ordered 40 minutes ago just for her to print out the order and tell me that they're out of the food I ordered after I drove 30 minutes. The food tastes too hit or miss for the terrible customer service better off going to Pollo La Brasa.

After almost a year of being a loyal customer and ordering from Lena’s at least once a week, I never thought I’d be writing a review like this. The food has always been great, which is exactly why I kept coming back. Unfortunately, over the last five or six visits, the customer service has gone downhill. Every order now seems to come with a wait of an hour or more, whether it’s a weekday or weekend. Today’s experience was enough to make me question whether I’ll ever return.
