After almost a year of being a loyal customer and ordering from Lena’s at least once a week, I never thought I’d be writing a review like this. The food has always been great, which is exactly why I kept coming back. Unfortunately, over the last five or six visits, the customer service has gone downhill. Nice employees. Food is not it though. Super disappointed.White rice, nope. Yuca, no flavor and not warm. Ribs were ok but not warm. Beef, was good. Tostones were the only things perfectly done.

Just go to any other place because their attitude towards customers is as good as their food , hope this helps Some recommendations where customer service is nice and good is of great my authentic quality: Millennium chicken La cabaña El Ajícito

I ordered take out they charged a service fee when they arr supposed to om debit card then the fiid wa snot edible. 60 on burned chicken bones no meat on it. I tried calling back for credit and no one picked up horrible .
