I was her customer for years, following and supporting her business. Referred many of my friends to her. But I decided to stop going after many incidence. She provided very good service when she was not as busy as now. However for the past years , she had wash my hair with ice cold water many times despite I told her it was ice cold. I was very unhappy with my hair. Came in for a cut, root application and conditioner. Lena convinced me that my hair was healthy and all i needed was a full color refresh to my natural hair color (I hated my old one) and a cut. I was soooooo happy with the results. I've been getting compliments every day. Thank you!
Clean and pleasant store. Great atmosphere and great skills! Now my whole family go to Lena including my daughter. Lena will be her lifetime hairstylist🤣
