Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience with this business. Bottom line up front: unprofessional, dirty, and not timely. I dropped off 2 pairs of pants (1 brand new suit pant) to be serviced. I was told it would be done in 7 days, when I arrived 10 days later to pick it up the owner said she forgot to work on my pants. This was an issue for me because of a time constraint I had.
