Great service, exceptional products. Very pleased with my new Musical Fidelity integrated amplifier.
Just bought an amp from the guys at Len Wallis audio. I talked to Len over the phone and he treated me like a valued customer even though I could have just been a tire kicker. On visiting the shop I dealt with Tim and he also treated me with patience and valuable advice. There were more valuable products in the range but not once did he coerce me in that direction. Exceptional customer service. I needed my fathers old Linn Sondek LP12 checked as I have never connected it up in 6 years since he died. I popped into a competitor in Pyrmont and was told that the motor, bearing and power supply would all need replacing at around $3000. Mind you they only connected power, pressed the power button a few times and never even put the platter back on. Started telling me that capacitors leak and they might also need to replace the board. Outstanding customer service. Purchased a used amp from Len which had a small issue, Len arranged everything from pickup to delivery and had the issue resolved within a week. All staff have been fantastic, I wouldn't hesitate making another purchase when the time comes.
What a breath of fresh air this place is. Salesperson spent so much time with my working through what would and wouldn't work for me, really appreciate his attention to detail and patience. Thanks Chandra.
