I love this office. I feel like they are part of my family. I understand that it can get chaotic in any doctors office. Getz girls are willing to help when I need them. I can contact the office whenever I need to. Even if they tell you there is a small wait to get in as a new patient it is worth the wait. This is a practical office with flexible communication options. Even after working all day they go above and beyond to accommodate myself and my family. Sometimes my families family with our medical needs.
I’ve been a patient at Getz Internal for a few months now and I can honestly say they have provided some of the best service from a doctors office I have experienced. They are always quick to respond on the help line, willing to work with their patients, and Dr Getz is the kindest and most helpful medical professional I have ever been involved with. She goes above and beyond to help her patients and you can feel that she genuinely cares about your issues. Wonderful experience all around and could not recommend more!
Dr. Getz's practice was referred to me by another physician. I called to place an appointment and was told that I should have visited the website and followed the instructions there before calling. I filled out the form on the website and emailed it to the office and didn't receive a response after five business days so I followed up via email. Getz Internal is the best! They're always ready to help my family and myself when the need arises. Rarely is there ever a wait to get an appointment. The longest I had to wait was when I was a new patient.- That may have been 2-2 1/2 weeks. The Getz girls are like family!! They are always going to make sure you are taken care. Highly recommend!
