Fantastic service. I had to have my daughter’s Chevy Equinox towed late on a Friday and chose Len Lyall initially because of their convenient location. I’m so glad I did! From the first call through post service follow-up, they were very professional and courteous. Vincent was an outstanding communicator. They diagnosed the car late Friday evening, dug deeper on Saturday (Yes, the service boat department was working Saturday), ordered the part and got it resolved everything by early Tuesday, all under warranty! Jesus Herrera was particularly polite, helpful, and transparent about what was going on with my vehicle and how much it would cost. They were very quick and the car is running great! Thanks to the mechanics as well!
